NativeMotif.com does not give out any customer information to any third party entities. Upon ordering a product, your shipping information may be submitted to the artist holding the ordered product to insure completion of the transaction, but this and all other information will otherwise be held solely for NativeMotif.com internal use.

How does NativeMotif.com use my personal information?
NativeMotif.com uses collected customer information for internal use only. Your personal information is only used to complete customer transactions, to provide any service that the customer has requested, and to review internally in order to insure that we continue to provide the customer the best service and experience possible.

NativeMotif.com takes your security seriously by using 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all orders processed through our site.
We're also CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) compliant. CISP is a standard for security procedures developed by Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping Information

NativeMotif.com offers free shipping on jewelry orders to anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico free of charge via USPS (United States Postal Service).
*Non jewelry items such as paintings, prints and crafts ship UPS only. If there are additional shipping costs associated to a product (for example, insurance requirements or additional packaging fees), you will be notified during checkout of these charges. Total shipping charges can be reviewed at checkout.

Domestic orders:

Once your payment has been received we will process your order within a 24 hour period. From that time please allow 3-10 business days (excluding holidays) for delivery. Sometimes an order can take up to 15 days before delivery (for example, custom orders). In this case you will be contacted by email and notified when your shipment will arrive.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
We take pride in offering high quality products that you will enjoy for years to come. If for any reason you decide that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may exchange your item or we will offer you a full refund. Refunds are based on items and/or artists chosen policy. Return policies range anywhere from 7, 14 or 30 days from the time you receive the item. Please check "Shipping Details" located on each item detail page. If no special return policy is listed, then the item falls under a 30 day return option, meaning you have 30 days to let us know you would like a refund and 3 business days from that point to ship the item back to us.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
To return an item, simply send an email to main@nativemotif.com with the subject "Product Return". In the email please let us know what you didn’t like about the product or experience you had. Your feedback is much appreciated and will help us improve our website and services. Also include your shipping information and your order number. Once processed, you will be asked to send us back the item to be returned. Once received, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY
No returns on custom orders. Proofs are sent to the customer for approval prior to being made. Make sure you review and make any desired changes to your proofs prior to approving your final design layout.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM
To exchange an item, simply send an email to main@nativemotif.com with the subject "Exchange Product". In the email please let us know what you would like to exchange the return item with. Please include the full name of the item and designer name (Artist name). Also include your shipping information and your order number. Once processed, we will send a prepaid box for you to send the item back to us along with your newly selected item.

WHEN WIILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return along with an additional 3-5 business days to process your request and for the funds to return back into your account.

NativeMotif was originally founded by a small group of real life friends who wanted to change the landscape of the artistic community.

We wanted to create a place which allows artists to continue a conversation they've been having with their admirers for centuries. We imagined a modern day interactive canvass where artists could express their creativity with complete freedom while lovers of art could view their work and ultimately take a piece home with them to enjoy forever.

NativeMotif is a place where people can explore beyond the art and learn about the artists themselves, to peer behind the artwork, and see the dreams, visions and inspirations of talented artisans nationwide.

We wake up every day just as excited as we were in the beginning, to see what new art will be discovered, which new artisan we will meet, and how it will inspire us all over again.
