
On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 1-2 weeks. All items are available for purchase with the exception of made to order and commissioned art pieces. If we are unable to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.
Customers who purchase commissioned work or made to order art pieces will be notified by email when they're product will arrive. On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 2-3 weeks.
NativeMotif is now proudly shipping to customers worldwide. International shipping rates apply to all orders addressed outside the United States postal system. All International orders are non refundable but exchanges are accepted. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses both ways on exchanged items.
Please note, there will be a $25 fee (per package) for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
Please check with your Customs bureau if you are unsure about any commodity-specific import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment. A few of the country-specific import restrictions known to affect items sold at NativeMotif.com include, but are not limited to: (a) all jewelry items being shipped to Spain, Monaco or France; (b) all items being shipped to Australia that contain natural fibers (including bamboo, coconut, straw, and cane), potpourri, wood, animal parts (including hide, bone, and horn). NativeMotif.com cannot be held responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed or otherwise not delivered as a result of an import restriction in any country other than the USA.

We take pride in offering high quality products that you will enjoy for years to come. If for any reason you decide that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may exchange your item or we will offer you a full refund. Refunds are based on items and/or artists chosen policy. Return policies range anywhere from 7, 14 or 30 days from the time you receive the item. Please check "Shipping Details" located on each item detail page. If no special return policy is listed, then the item falls under a 30 day return option, meaning you have 30 days to let us know you would like a refund and 3 business days from that point to ship the item back to us.
To return an item, simply send an email to main@nativemotif.com with the subject "Product Return". In the email please let us know what you didn’t like about the product or experience you had. Your feedback is much appreciated and will help us improve our website and services. Also include your shipping information and your order number. Once processed, you will be asked to send us back the item to be returned. Once received, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days.
No returns on custom orders. Proofs are sent to the customer for approval prior to being made. Make sure you review and make any desired changes to your proofs prior to approving your final design layout. |
