A New England native, I moved to the California bay area in 1998. The move must have stirred up some creative energy as I started making jewelry at about that same time. I love fun and different accessories and had an interest in creating them myself. I started out working with beads and wire wrapping, but now have moved towards mostly metalsmithing.
I took an intro to metalsmithing class at California College of the Arts, and then moved forward from there on my own through lots of research, and trial and error! For materials, I favor sterling silver, gold alloys, and the sparkle of gemstones and crystals.
