Pottery designer Edward Tullio Smith creates one of a kind hand thrown pottery pieces created and designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Growing up in Long Island New York, Edward has always enjoyed working with his hands and creating things.
In high school he became involved with the potters wheel and continued his education in the pottery making and design through Adelphi University where he obtained his bachelors degree in Art Education.
After a couple of years teaching in special education, Edward Tullio supported himself through craft shows, local and national utilizing both wholesale and retail channels. His artistic focus is creating one of a kind pottery pieces using his creative edge and approach to making beautiful pottery and ceramic art.
