Product Description - Welcome your guests with the colors of fall. This vertical welcome sign has beautiful leaves cut into both sides with a butterfly perched atop. "Heat Colored" to warm shades of blue, brown, and violet. Heat Coloring is a process of grinding to bare metal, then slowly heating by hand with a torch until color begins to develop. Similar to a painter using a brush, the torch is waved over the surface. Then, as the color starts to form, the heat is removed but color continues the change as the metal cools. After cooling, the bare metal is sprayed with a clear sealer to prevent rust. (All "Heat Colored" items are considered "1 of a kind", as the color effect can never be exactly reproduced).
